Obogaćivanje janjećeg mesa selenom

چکیده
Selen je važan mikroelement u prehrani ljudi i hranidbi životinja. Cilj ovoga rada prikazati metode/postupke koji se poduzimaju procesu obogaćivanja janjećeg mesa selenom. Različitim hranidbenim modifikacijama moguće značajno promijeniti (prije svega poboljšati) sadržaj minerala janjećem mesu pa tako selena. Unos selena janjadi varira zbog promjene elementarnog sastava biljnih vrsta tijekom sezone, te koncentracije krmnoj smjesi. Hranidbeni čimbenici imaju značajan utjecaj na mesu. organskog podrijetla, osobito podrijetlom od biofortificiranih krmiva pokazuje bolju dostupnost odnosu anorganski izvor a korišteni su za poboljšanje zdravlja proizvodnosti mogu biti put selenom prirodnim putem. Analizom dosadašnjih dostupnih istraživanja vidljiv dodatka (organski oblici) ili korištenih hrani njegov to treba koristiti
